Streetfighter files are no longer working. mame OS X is very old, as such uses old dumps for many games. I found all the correct mame.ini locations on Ubuntu 20.04 and tried to edit them. Hopefully your mame.ini is pointing to the right directory, usually MAME defaults to the mame/roms directory and yours seem to be in mame/common/roms.
